How long will it take to receive my order?

Proofs are currently averaging around 2-3 business days, and kits are typically shipped 2-3 business days after the proof is approved. These times do, however, vary depending on workload.

Will I receive a proof?

All our custom and semi-custom kits include a free design proof and one round of revisions at no extra cost. We don't think you should have to pay extra to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.

Will you print energy drink or bike manufacturer logos on graphics?

Only if you're a team rider, or you provide consent from the brand to use their artwork.

Can you add a letter or 4 digits to backgrounds?

While the Design Lab doesn't currently support letters or 4-digit numbers in the preview, we can add them if you mention what you need in the "more options" field.

What kind of materials do you use?

We use only the highest-quality Substance Incorporated material specifically designed for motocross that ensures your kit will hold up to abuse while still remaining flexible enough to form around difficult curves.

Can you match bike colors?

We can, because we use a Pantone Digital Color enabled printer, we're able to match bright bike colors much better than traditional graphics printers.

Can I order from my phone?

Our Design Lab requires a desktop/laptop computer, so customizable graphics can't be ordered from a mobile device.

Yes, our Design Lab now works on mobile devices.

The Design Lab won't work on my phone

Some devices (like the latest iPhones) currently have a bug that causes pages like ours to stop working at seemingly random times. To fix this issue, you can wait 30 seconds and refresh the page. This will clear your device's memory and allow the page to load.

We don't, but may in the future if there's enough demand.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Domestic shipping is free for orders over $150.

We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes between 1 and 3 business days. Though, it's important to note that USPS doesn't provide any kind of guarantee for delivery times, only estimates.

Also, please note that customized items take time to produce, and shipping time does not include production time.

If receiving your order on a specific day is important, you should choose UPS or FedEx as your shipping method.

How can I contact you?

You can email us or use the chat widget located at the upper-right of your screen. We don't read social media PMs regularly, so it's best to email for a prompt response.

Can I return something I'm unsatisfied with?

Returns are only accepted for defective products or shipping mistakes. We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom or made-to-order items unless they are defective.

If your product is defective, please contact us at info@eramoto.co within 30 days and we'll resolve the issue by shipping another items, providing a return shipping label and/or a refund.

Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

Can you make graphics for my friend's cousin's 1958 Bultaco?

Probably, email the details to info@eramoto.co and we'll see if we're able to help.

How do I check the status of my order?

Can you match fluorescent plastic colors?

Because of the shortcomings of true fluorescent inks (mainly longevity and discoloration), we choose to instead use Pantone Digital Color wide-gamut solvent inks. While these solvent inks can't perfectly match flo colors, most people find them satisfactory and prefer their longer lifespan.
